Clinical Workflow Automation

Hospitals are deploying AI tools broadly and while current AI tools are mostly 'pixels only', this is changing because multi-model AI tools will be much more powerful. Research Data Retrieval and Curation

EWOCS can retrieve data using DICOM and FHIR and then perform the numerous steps that convert this raw clinical data into curated data suitable for research. Several of our FlowBots™ are designed to make including these steps easy. Examples include modules for processing each line in a CSV file, selecting the 'right' series from a CT or MR examination, converting DICOM to NIFTI, applyting deep learning tools like TotalSegmentator and then viewing and editing these as part of the workflow.
